How we process personal information on 5 Horas websites, systems and solutions.

Last updated: 14 September 2026.

1. Who we are

5 Horas produces simple digital systems for professionals and companies. This Policy explains how we process personal data in websites, systems, solutions, automations, integrations, communications and digital experiences related to 5 Horas.

The controller of data received from Meta by the 5 Horas | Assistente Comercial app is Fabio Colletto, based in Brazil. Requests related to this data may be sent to contato@5horas.com.br.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to the 5 Horas platform, its current and future products, public pages, authenticated systems, integrations, automations, communication workflows and related services.

It was created to provide transparency about personal data processing and support compliance with Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD).

3. Data we may process

We may process data provided directly by users, data generated through platform use and data received through authorised integrations.

  • Name, phone number, email, profile picture and contact details.
  • Registration, profile, company, team or workspace data.
  • Messages, responses, preferences and operational history.
  • Data specific to each solution contracted or used.
  • Technical logs, IP addresses, session identifiers, security events and usage records.

4. Purposes of processing

Data is processed to enable platform operation, authenticate users, organise operations, provide support, deliver features, record history, execute automations, improve products and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

We may also process data to send transactional communications, run authorised campaigns, integrate systems, respond to requests and maintain operational security.

5. Legal bases

Personal data may be processed on legal bases provided for in the LGPD, depending on the specific circumstances, including performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent, legitimate interest, regular exercise of rights and protection against fraud or incidents.

6. WhatsApp, communication and integrations

5 Horas may use official communication resources, including WhatsApp Business Platform, to send, receive and organise authorised communications. This may involve webhooks, message templates, delivery, read and reply events, conversational workflows and technical identifiers.

The 5 Horas | Assistente Comercial app integrates these resources. When you request phone verification, the number provided is used to send a code through WhatsApp and record confirmation of the number in your account. This authentication procedure is separate from conversation history and customer service communications.

7. Artificial intelligence and automations

The platform may use artificial intelligence to support customer service, message classification, progressive registration completion, response generation, task organisation, context retrieval, operational analysis and assisted workflow execution.

AI should act as an operational support layer. Where applicable, sensitive actions may depend on additional rules, validations, permissions, human review or user confirmation.

8. Sharing with providers

In the 5 Horas | Assistente Comercial app, Supabase provides the database, authentication and backend processing infrastructure. The OpenAI API is planned to support drafting responses from messages forwarded by the backend; this assistance is not yet presented as an available feature.

Data may be shared with providers necessary for platform operation, such as hosting, database, authentication, messaging, automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, support, infrastructure and security services.

When users choose social sign-in, Google or Facebook authenticates the account and may share with 5 Horas the name, verified email, account identifier and profile picture available for that access. 5 Horas does not receive the password used with the social provider.

These providers must be used for purposes compatible with service provision, observing reasonable security, confidentiality and data protection measures.

9. Security and storage

5 Horas adopts technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, improper disclosure or incompatible use. No system is completely immune to risk, but we seek to continually improve operational security.

Requests from public authorities are reviewed for legitimacy. Requests considered unlawful are challenged; any disclosure is limited to the minimum necessary. The request, response, reasoning and people involved are recorded.

10. Retention and deletion

Data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfil platform purposes, legal obligations, contractual performance, auditing, security, fraud prevention, exercise of rights or preservation of operational history.

An authenticated person may request global deletion in My Account → Privacy and data. The product checks eligibility, requires recent authentication and reinforced confirmation, and allows 24 hours for cancellation before starting processing. During this period, the account remains usable and new blocking conditions, such as workspace ownership or financial obligations, prevent execution.

After completion, profiles, sessions and personal associations are removed or pseudonymised. Operational data from transferred workspaces remains with the new owner; historical authorship, messages and necessary audits may be preserved without a name, email or reusable identifier. A later registration starts empty and does not recover trials, roles or data from the deleted identity.

The contato@5horas.com.br channel, with the subject 5 Horas Account data deletion, remains available as an alternative and for billing, retention or conflict cases requiring support. The requester's identity will be verified. Data whose retention is necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, auditing or exercise of rights may be preserved for the applicable period and blocked for other purposes.

11. Data subject rights

Under the LGPD, data subjects may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking, erasure, portability, information about sharing, review of automated decisions and withdrawal of consent where applicable.

12. Cookies and similar technologies

The public website and 5 Horas products may use cookies or similar technologies for operation, security, preferences, authentication, usage measurement and experience improvements.

13. Changes to this Policy

5 Horas may revise this Policy as the platform evolves, laws change, providers make requirements, operational needs change or new features are introduced.

14. Contact

For questions about privacy, data protection, data subject requests or matters related to this Policy, contact the official channel: contato@5horas.com.br.

Request data deletion by email. Provide the account or phone number related to the request without sending passwords or authentication codes. Also consult the Terms of Use.
