What is 5 Horas?
We create simple apps to organise life and work. We bring together appointments, tasks and information to help you do more in less time and have more time for what really matters.
Which app fits my routine?
Pessoal brings together calendars, tasks and contacts for personal life. Farma supports pharmaceutical sales professionals. Explore the app overviews to compare their features.
Do I need an account for each app?
No. Your 5 Horas account is the same across all apps. You use the same sign-in, and password recovery applies to that account.
Does one subscription include all apps?
Each app has its own subscription. Creating an account does not purchase a subscription. Read the conditions for the app you want to use.
Can I explore before creating an account?
You can explore the Pessoal demo with fictional data. It does not use your account data, and Messages is not included in the demo.
What is the difference between Individual and Shared?
Individual presents apps for organising your own routine. In Shared, you can talk to 5 Horas about shared organisation needs and explore the possibilities.
Can I use it on a computer and phone?
The apps are accessed through a browser, and their screens adapt to computers and phones.
How does the assistant work?
The assistant works with the features available in each app. In Pessoal it integrates with Calendar and Tasks; in Farma, with Calendar. Changes require your confirmation.
How do I create an account or recover my password?
The 5 Horas Account page brings together both options. Create your account once or recover the password for your existing account.
Where can I find privacy information?
The Privacy Policy explains data processing. The Terms of Use set out the rules for use. Both are available in the site footer.
